Cocoa Nymph truffles clockwise from top back: “Liz” is a dark chocolate shell garnished with a fleck of real gold and encases a white chocolate and vanilla centre. “Fresh” is a green tea and mint ganache enrobed in dark chocolate and garnished with a hand painted green palette. “Papillon” is the classic combination of dark chocolate and raspberry, garnished with a hand-painted red palette (front right). “Amy” is all white chocolate and vanilla and decorated with pink dragonflies. “Papillon is repeated in the top left.
