Pimm’s Bubbly Apple Cocktail
1 oz Pimm’s No. 1
1 oz pure apple juice
Champagne or sparkling wine
Granny Smith apple slices
Mix the Pimm’s and apple juice together, then pour into champagne flutes. Top with champagne or sparkling wine. Float 1-2 apple slices in the glass.
