Cake Lollipops A Sweet Treat

Earlier this week, Sweet Naturally, a Vancouver bakery/cakery dropped off a dozen scrumptious cake lollipops to the Real Weddings office (pictured here on our Managing Editor’s desk). After meeting owner Frances Tsai at the Grassroots Wedding Fair a few weeks ago, we were immediately enamoured with the idea of petite cakes playfully consumed like lollipops… really, who doesn’t love food on a stick?

Sweet Naturally’s cake lollies not only look cute, but also taste amazing and are made, whenever possible, with organic, fresh, and natural ingredients. The ones we sampled were a delectable and moist chocolate and organic raspberry preserve cake with dark chocolate buttercream. They could be a delightful alternative to whole wedding cakes or cupcake towers, as wedding favours individually wrapped, or incorporated into the dessert table.
